With Daylight Savings right around the corner, we have lots of changes going on around here…
First and foremost, we are happy to be changing over from Primal Culture to EnergiseMe. This new company name reflects our mission to provide products that will give you energy to be productive human beings (or, as we like to say...game-changers!)

We also would like to announce the graduation of Trudy as an OFFICIAL Bulletproof Coach!
As you may be aware, she is away in Pasadena graduating as part of a group of individuals as the first Bulletproof Coaches! If you are interested in coaching or a workshop, give us a shout out!
We have other things in the works, so keep a lookout for exciting news and announcements.
